I contacted Culligan based on a friend's recommendation. I am really glad I set an appointment. I was very impressed by their representative, Matt. He was very knowledgeable about how to test our water and all the toxic chemicals and metals that are in our water. He knew exactly what our equipment needs are based on how many people in the home and how many gallons of water we are using. To make it easy I knew we were adding a softener system to our home because of necessity to preserve our appliances. It was just a matter of how much of an investment we were going to make.Matt guided us through every step including the completion of the paperwork. So we will now be on our way to saving. We will save on repairs to our appliances and we will no longer be afraid to drink the water from our tap. I now have peace of mind and the extension of the life of my home. Thanks Matt!

It's nice to have access to clean drinking water.Justin was very professional and was able to come out right away to get us an estimate for a new RO system.Then a technician came out a few days later and installed the Reverse Osmosis system. The technician who installed our system was Brady and he is a very knowledgeable man who has grown up around water systems. It's always a special thing to be around someone who really takes pride in their work like he does.Our system has been installed for about a month now and we are very pleased with the RO system.

Everything is going excellent. System work great. The one thing that needs work is communication. The installer waited until the morning of the install to communicate and coordinate the onsite install time. This should have been worked out the day before in my opinion.
